The

called “Khayaal Aapka”, where it invites feedback from customers to keep
improving existing services and products, as well as to facilitate innovation.
For complaints, the bank lists out the detailed procedure for registering them
with the bank, and in case of dissatisfactory response, the procedure for
escalating the complaints with senior officers, or the Banking Ombudsman,
according to guidelines set by the RBI. All ICICI Bank Complaints are guaranteed to be resolved within 30
working days of registration. The bank follows a code of commitment to
customers, as prescribed by the Banking Codes and Standards Board of India, to
ensure transparent and effective redressal of complaints, and maximum customer
satisfaction.
