How can we benefit from group buying?

Dealivore is a Hyderabad based company. It is the brain child of a graduate of IIT Madras. It tries to apply the policy of group buying in a modified format to suit the Indian market. They try and get together customer who want to buy the same kinds of products or would like to avail a similar service. Once they have a strong group they are able to offer profitable deals to this group of customers.
The dealivore customer care is available to support the customers in case of any problem. The customers can purchase coupons and deals at a very low price. The dealivore complaint list was very short. This changed with the coming of other sites that had the financial resources to compete with and outperform this self-financed site. Though dealivore fights back, survival is a tough job.
Customers can and do compare deals and can lodge a complaint against dealivore, if they find a more profitable deal on another site. Though the deals and coupons bought from the site are valid they have cut down on their daily deals section.
Some customers may not find a deal to their liking and can take it up as a reason to complaint. We have to keep in mind that a deal is a contract with another firm and there are restrictions to such arrangements. No website will be able to provide you with deals according to your whims and fancies. The deals are valid for a short time only and the expiration date has to be confirmed while purchasing the coupon or deal. The calculations have to be done by the customers as some deals may seem to be profitable till you work out the actual profit. Sometimes the customer can be majorly disappointed.
So it is always better to study the deal well before purchasing it. The customer should check to see if the deal is valid to date. If the customer plans to use the deal on a later date then the validity should be checked to ensure that it can be used later.
I am writing on consumer rights and other relevant topics related to consumer welfare. I am handling a customer forum to get consumer complaints resolved. Many customer care centres do not respond like customer care.
