How can Facebook let you down?

Most of us cannot stay without looking into our Facebook page at least once during the day. If it is your birthday or anniversary then the page will remain open throughout the day. This is because all of us know that more wishes will reach you through Facebook than through the more conventional methods of communication like the phone and the post. The main reason is that Facebook has a remainder feature which will remind all your friends that it is your special day and all they have to do is to type in their wishes. Easy is it not? You can in turn upload the photos of your party and show it to your friends on Facebook. The circle can thus be completed.

But there are a few complaints against Facebook. One of the main complaints is about the difficulty that many users experience while trying to log in to their account. The users will be stopped from logging in till they enter the correct user name and password. This is a security measure taken to protect the users from hackers and unidentified intruders. Sometimes even the real user is not able to log in to their accounts. The difficulty persists even after multiple tries with the real and correct user name and password. This is the number one complaint on the Facebook complaint list. The Facebook representatives have to find a solution to it fast.

The Facebook customer care is also being flooded by other Facebook complaints. Sometimes the users find that their accounts have been suspended or disabled without any prior warning. When they inquire about the matter no specific reason is given to them. This is a very disrespectful manner to deal with the users. The notifications, which keep popping up, are another harmless, but irritating feature. This is especially disturbing when it happens in the middle of an interesting game.

I am writing on consumer rights and other relevant topics related to consumer welfare. I am handling a consumer forum to get consumer complaints resolved. Many customer care centres do not respond like Customer care
